OOOPS !!!

There is something wOrng with the latest update. The process starts, then never completes.

App icon is stuck showing a partial process indicator. The app can Not be deleted.

App store shows app with the typical square inside a circle. Selecting it causes the app to be installed again, however it never finishes.

iPad 3 with iOS 9.1
